Terms and conditions "Economy subscription" exchange heads
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These will depend on the duration and frequency of the subscription you have selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be billed for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.

Conditions "mate Care & Repair
1.Subject
The "mate Care & Repair" product is a subscription that can only be purchased together with a mate sonic toothbrush. A subsequent purchase is not possible.
2.Payment
When you purchase the "mate Care & Repair" subscription, you commit to recurring monthly payments. Payment is made in advance. Your payment details will be stored securely.
3. Term and Cancellation
The subscription is for an indefinite period. It renews monthly and may be terminated at any time by either party. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current contract month. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. You can also create a customer account at www.matebrush.de. There you will see your order history and have the option to manage or cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, there is no further entitlement to services within the scope of mate Care & Repair (see §4). Likewise, there is no entitlement to a refund of contributions already paid.
4.Benefits
The benefits of mate Care & Repair include the following:
- The customer receives prioritized customer support.
- The customer is entitled to a new mate sonic toothbrush twice a year if the sonic toothbrush previously purchased by the customer in the mate online store is defective.
- The customer always receives a new sonic toothbrush in exchange for the defective sonic toothbrush.
- If there is a defect in the sonic toothbrush, the customer reports this to the customer service of mate. Theways to the customer service are by mail(service@matebrush.de), contact form on matebrush.de or website chat on matebrush.de.
- The customer will receive a new mate sonic toothbrush within 5 working days.
- The customer sends the defective sonic toothbrush back to mate within 14 days via the returns portal on matebrush.de.
- If the defective sonic toothbrush is not returned to mate by the customer within 14 days, the customer will be charged for the newly sent sonic toothbrush.
- The defective sonic toothbrush returned by the customer will be checked by the mate team. If the defect was caused by wilful destruction, the customer will be charged for the newly sent mate sonic toothbrush.
- Unintentional damage to the mate sonic toothbrush is covered by the subscription.
